But in the off and go - you can still feel "groovy." Be as busy as a bee, and still feel the harmony of the universe, which you do with meditation. It's not bad to be busy. You have many things to do, and that you do them is one of the wonderful things about you. Just take the stillness with you.
This is the toughest thing for meβ¦I feel like I am always rushing. I love sitting πͺ n stillness and in meditation. π§. But then my day starts and off I go! π©
